Cleansing Green Juice
- 4 Stalks Kale
- 2 Bunches of Spinach
- Handful Parsley
- 1 Cucumber
- 4/5 Stalks Celery
- Small Knob Of Ginger
- 1⁄2 Lemon
- Optional – Add 1 Pear, 1 Small Apple
- Other Options –Add Fennel, Mint, or Lime
