What I do upon waking
The temptation is always there to get out of bed just to grab my phone and then get back in bed. I purposely leave my phone far away from my bed because the day goes fast and it goes even faster if I start looking at the world right away. Instead, I breathe my way into my body for a few minutes. The world can wait.
Daily Food - Morning
Breakfast is my most important meal of the day. I take the time to fuel my body with TONS of nutrients to kick start my day. My routine goes in order like this: 32 ounces of water with aloe vera, supplements, Coconut Cult probiotic yogurt, Celery Juice, Detox Smoothie, and once in a while I’ll make a high quality Jade Oolong tea for my drive to my office. Throughout the day, I drink TONS of fluids. Currently, I’m on a kick with lemon balm and thyme tea and fresh watermelon juice. Lunch and dinner usually consist of a big salad with tons of vegetables and seaweed and either an avocado or a piece of fish.
Current Favorite Supplements
I’m really into the protocols of Anthony William, the Medical Medium and so most of the supplements I take are a result of what I’ve learned about my body through his understandings. I take a lot of things throughout the day but my top favorites are: Chaga, Magnesium Glycinate, Liposomal Vitamin C, Milk Thistle, NAC, Colloidal Silver, and The Tincture by 2Rise Naturals. My complete routine is slightly ridiculous because I am totally passionate about understanding how my body wants to optimize.

Self-Care Rituals
Meditation - I do both seated meditation and movement meditations.
Gym - I’m really into working out at high intensity intervals with weights and doing calisthenics because this kind of movement flushes the energetic channels and immediately grounds me and makes me feel excited to be alive.
Infrared Sauna - I LOVE the infrared sauna for flushing the lymphatic system and deeply nourishing the body. I like to put oregano oil on my clavicle area prior to entering. Oregano oil helps to flush the lymph.
Tea Time - I adore taking a pause from life at my low-to-the-ground tea table with tiny clay cups and tiny clay teapots handmade in the Yunnan Provence of China. Tea ceremony is dear to my heart and I do it several times a week. I feel time slow wayyyy down when I’m engaged in the process of making the perfect cup of tea. I order most of my teas from The Phoenix Collection and Yunnan Sourcing.
Current Favorites
Radha Aromatherapy Essential Oil Diffuser - I have one in my bedroom and at my office. I diffuse German chamomile, mugwort, and lavender about an hour before I go to sleep at night. I diffuse citrus oils with rosemary for mental focus and a mix of eucalyptus, rosemary, cinnamon, clove and lemon to kill any bacteria in the air.

Celery Juice - I make it every morning. 16oz of pure celery juice will heal your adrenals and nourish your kidneys like whoa. Plus, it just makes me feel amazing.
Swanwick Blue Light Blocking Glasses - I take these babies everywhere I go. I don’t care how I look in them either. Wearing blue light blockers has changed my life. I wear them anytime I am in a place with fluorescent or bright lights and I especially wear them at night and while traveling via airports. They prevent blue light from entering your eyes which causes your hormones to do funny things to you, like stay awake when you want to go to sleep. I could get scientific here but I’d rather just tell you to look it up because it’s a game changer.
