FLUORITE
Fluorite is such an angel - literally, she’s an angel in tangible form. Her gentle, (but focused) energy reminds us that we are manifesting miracles. She asserts that our most powerful tools are the mind and will, and that when we are comfortably anchored in our physical selves, we are able to be in alignment with the one universal mind, live in the NOW and make our TRUTH not only known, but effortlessly live it.
The trendy way of saying this is, “being in flow.”
Fluorite is able to encompass many qualities, but her message and work is consistent: We create our reality. Such a small and simple statement but such an incredibly powerful and overwhelming thought, and our thoughts are not just that which dreams are made of, but the reality of our waking world. Think about it, how often do we do things because we thought we were supposed to? How many times do we initiate actions because we thought that was what was expected of us? How many times do we actually think about what we truly want and act upon those authentic truths? It’s something to reflect upon, as where we are in life and whom we surround ourselves are literal consequences of the actions of our thoughts.
Fluorite is a stone that helps us remove the misleading thoughts, or unfocused energy, that has surrounded us and allow our true force to come through. Her purpose is focus and her gift is to stabilize, which creates balance. When the mind is going in many directions, and our thoughts are roaming every-which-way, we cannot commit to a single idea. Thus we begin to manifest a very chaotic life-style that fills us with stress, sleepless nights, uncertain days, overwhelming feelings of worthlessness and a general lack of purpose. Fluorite asks us to make a commitment. She wants us to focus on the most important task, mentally commit to it and follow it through to the end. She reminds us that if we are juggling too many projects, we will not be able to complete them.
Fluorite is a mystic and can negate energies that are not of the Highest Good. She helps the Higher Self integrate the physical body with grace and ease - to be grounded and physically centered is the most important form of self-care we can practice. It’s one of the mantras she teaches: we must be comfortably anchored to this world we chose to inhabit. It’s a physical world, we are physical beings and we must be connected to our mother planet in order to work in it and on it. It seems that it’s slightly taboo to admit that we are Earth Creatures, but we are! And Earth Children, Earth Angels are beautiful multi-faceted beings. Fluorite, a multi-dimensional stone, knows this and she carries the laws of the universe to assist us in walking this earth with assuredness. She reminds us that the spaces between are moments of peace (as reflected in the spaces between her bands of color). Moments between activities are peace, a chance to reconnect and practice a personal discipline that encourages growth and joy (the word discipline comes from the Latin, discipulous, which is instruction, knowledge). Her spectrum of the more common sea-greens, ocean-blues and purple-depths inspires us TO KNOW, and to know that all that flows from our physical temples, from our realm of intellect and from our house of spirit is in alignment with the divine.
Fluorite comes to us in other colors as well, the most common being those mentioned above, yellow, clear, green and the rarer red, black and pink. She is the stone of creative minds, as she helps direct those ideas and helps strengthen resolve. She is an Amazon warrior, an ideal companion to carry when going on travels to places that are in alarming states of upheaval and hurt. She will also protect against negative words and psychic attacks. Because she is so centered and focused, she aids in learning and is a wonderful presence in the work environment. Her newest musical work, described as an “experimental tribal-fantasy love affair of sacred and electronic” is scheduled to be released on July 27, 2018. These songs emulate the teachings and mystical knowledge Shanna has learned from many months spent in the surrounding mountain areas of Oregon and California as well as the influences of her Scottish pagan roots. Dubbed "faerie-viking-electronica," the latest songs are a reflection of the heartbeat of the Great Mother merging with the heart-song of the human longing for sacred sensuality and primal thrills of the authentic voice of ancient magic and mystery.
